How to Access PawSupport
Access PawSupport via your Paw Protect customer portal by selecting Pet Health Line under the Quick Links menu after logging in. Veterinary experts are available by:

You can request a phone call with an expert via the Paw Protect customer portal. PawSupport cannot be reached directly, nor can our Customer Care transfer you.
What to Expect When Contacting PawSupport
PawSupport will ask for some basic information about your pet and the reason for your call or chat. One of our veterinary experts will then help you make a decision for your pet’s care.
Note: PawSupport staff cannot answer questions about your Paw Protect policy or claims, and they do not have access to your veterinary records.
What PawSupport is Unable to do
PawSupport is unable to diagnose a condition or prescribe medications or treatment. PawSupport also cannot answer queries about your Paw Protect policy or claims.
